Is there an AI that joins Microsoft Teams meetings and writes the documents?

Yes. Segua.ai joins a Microsoft Teams call as a named participant, transcribes it with speaker labels, and when the call ends it writes the minutes, the numbered requirements, the decisions, the open questions and the plan. It also works with Google Meet, Zoom and Webex, and it can be switched on per meeting.
How to do it

Connect the calendar
Connect Outlook or Google Calendar and choose which calendars Segua.ai is allowed to look at.

Turn the assistant on for a single meeting, or set a rule so it joins every call of a given project.

It joins and is visible
The assistant appears as 'Segua.ai di <your name>' in the participant list, and leaves automatically when the last person leaves.

Read the documents, not the transcript
When the call ends, the requirements, decisions, actions and plan are filled in together, you do not press generate on each page.
Good to know
- Supported platforms: Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Webex.
- The meeting link is detected from the calendar event, including Teams links hidden inside the invitation body.
- If you remove the assistant from the call, it does not rejoin.
- Recordings and transcripts can be deleted on request, including at the provider.
